Happy New Year everybody, and let’s start it the right way with one of my favorite wines of all time, W…Dreams 2019.
W…Dreams is one of my favorite wines both because of my personal story with it, which if you know you know and also because of the quality of this Chardonnay from Friuli Venezia Giulia.
A wine made from the best-picked Chardonnay grapes from the Iconic Jermann winery, fermented with natural yeast, aged delicately in French barriques of 300L for a time period of 11 months and then another 6 months in its bottle.
