OVERNIGHT CHRISTMAS FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
INGREDIENTS
5 eggs Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup of milk
teaspoon vanilla
challah bread or brioche (2 loaves)
teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter
MAKE IT
1) Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a bowl, then add brown sugar and mix. Pour evenly on bottom of a 13×9 baking dish
2) Beat 5 eggs together, add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon and whisk together
3) Cut the bread into chunks
4) Layer half of the bread into the dish, drizzle half of the egg mixture. Repeat
Cover overnight, cook the next day at 375 covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and put back in overn for another 10 minutes until golden brown ontop, sprinkle top with powdered sugar
