After binge-watching Emily in Paris and other shows shot in Europe I got quite home-sick and decided to bake a French cake for my birthday this year. I followed the recipes from MasterClass Dominique Ansel’s French mousse cake and ended up making 2 cakes. One used a cake mold and another just like his tutorial, in a cake ring.
