But this ain’t any castle, this epic pairing of Cheeseburgers and Bordeaux takes place at First Growth legend Château Lafite. He links with international director Jean-Sebastian and in-house Chef Jean-Michel to pair the iconic 2001 vintage with cheeseburgers prepared directly on the wood fire of the kitchen in the heart of the home of the de Rothschild family. Rumour has it that even the Baron enjoys a burger on occasion.
