High protein french toast recipe
Ingredients:

– 2 slices bread (I use either @daveskillerbread or @eatroyo)
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 cup milk of choice milk of choice
– 1 serving protein powder I used @vitalproteins
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients, except for the bread.
2. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, soaking each slice. Repeat the process until all the bread is used.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and, once hot, add slices of the bread and cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Top with fruit, nuts and Greek yogurt!
