Ingredients:
Prepare Brownie Layer:
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Chocolate melted 1/3 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
Prepare Chocolate Mousse Layer:
-Milk chocolate chopped 200g
-Olper’s cream 150ml
-Cocoa powder 2 tbs
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s cream 100ml
-Icing sugar 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Milk chocolate

Directions:
Prepare Brownie Layer:
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & whisk well.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence,melted chocolate & whisk well.
-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt & sift together then whisk well.
-On greased baking dish (8×8”) lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter,spread evenly & make swirl with the help of wooden skewer.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170 for 25-30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out from the oven,let it cool & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare Chocolate Mousse Layer:
-In a bowl,add chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well,cover & refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
-Add cocoa powder & beat until soft peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
Assembling:
-On brownie,add prepared chocolate mousse layer & spread evenly.
-Add prepared whipped olper’s cream layer,spread evenly & refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Garnish with milk chocolate,cut into slices & serve!

-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Assembling:
-Brownie per tayyar chocolate mousse layer dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar whipped olper’s cream layer dal ker evenly pheela lein aur 2 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Milk chocolate sa garnish ker lein aur piece mein cut ker ka serve karein!
