After a brief hiatus in 2021, CCIFV’s Beaujolais Nouveau was back on the tables last Friday at the Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake. This year, a record-breaking heatwave in the Beaujolais region has reduced the quantity of the wine output, but some say the quality was better and fruitier.
