INGREDIENTS
Bread for toast
Hazelnut cream
200ml (3/4 cup) of milk
1 egg
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Roll out a slice of brioche bread and spread hazelnut cream on it.
2. Mix the milk and egg and dip them in each roll.
3. Heat the pan, brush with oil and fry the rolls until they are golden brown on all sides.
4. Sprinkle rolls with powdered sugar and serve hot!
