Recognized officially as the oldest restaurant in Canada, Montreal’s Auberge Saint-Gabriel has been open since 1754 and is one of North America’s oldest eating establishments. Housed in a building from 1688, the restaurant has earned a well-deserved reputation for its amazing fine-dining food, historic colonial ambiance and creepy ghost stories.
