Recipe #1….
Pepper and Eggs with a kick!
Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and stems, and then slice the peppers into 1/2-inch-wide strips. Cut the onion into strips or strips the same size as the peppers.
Saute in a Med to low heat. Basically, your looking to wilt the peppers and onions.
On low heat preferably under 300f Add the beaten eggs to the griddle and cook, Let eggs sit untouched for up to 40 seconds depending on your heat temp. Start to fold.
Add buttered rolls. Add peppers eggs to roll then hit with the hot sauce! Enjoy!

Old-fashioned french toast with a twist
In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, and sugar and set aside briefly.
add two to three eggs with a TBS of whole milk or cream.
add 3 drops, of orange extract and vanilla extract.
Butter toast your bread.
Do your normal egg dip and cook.
You can dust it with sugar/cinnamon. Enjoy!!

Jacked up Franks and Beans
Saute chopped onions and peppers till wilted.
Add bite size of dogs to the griddle. Dome if necessary to brown the dogs. Add 3 TBS dijon mustard and Baked Beans in corporate and Enjoy!!
