This is my gluten and butter free Egg Tart Recipe! The custard filling is made with French Cream and egg yolk for a luxurious creamy mouthfeel. The crust is made of almond and tapioca flour, plus a dose of the same custard mixture. It is easier to make compared to the classic butter short crust!
