In this episode of NYC Restaurant Week, I will be bringing you to a French bistro opened by Alain Ducasse in NYC

Alain Ducasse is a renowned French chef that operates over 25 restaurants worldwide, many of which receives prestigious awards, including Alain Ducasse au plaza athénée which holds three stars. Over his career, he has amassed 21 Michelin stars, second only to Joel Robuchon, and the one chef with the most Michelin stars alive today. He is also the first chef to hold three Michelin stars in three cities at the same time.
