➤ Ingredients:
• 50 grams – Egg Whites at room temperature (from around 1½ eggs)
• 1 small pinch – Salt
• ⅛ tsp – Cream of Tartar
• 100 grams – Powdered Sugar
• ¼ tsp – Vanilla Extract
• Some – Gel Food Colour of your choice (optional)
1 cup = 250ml, 1 TBSP = 15ml, 1 tsp = 5ml
