In this video I use store bought Angel food cake to make French toast and I’m never going back! Recipe below
INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of Angel food cake 4 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Maple Syrup and Powdered Sugar for garnish
Step 1
Slice the cake into 2 inch pieces
Step 2
Combine the egg with milk and cinnamon and whisk
Step 3
Submerge the cake into the egg wash and fry each side on a medium high pan until brown on both sides
Step 4
Hit it with some powdered sugar and maple syrup
