Aww yes, the Allure, the most elegant beer we produce. A delicate, dry and complex Brut Blonde Ale. We used special brewing techniques to create a beer with wine-like characteristics without the use of grapes. Aged in French Oak Chardonnay barrels and dry hopped with Huell Melon & Hallertau Blanc, this beer presents with complex notes of white grape, tropical fruit, almond & vanilla. This mysterious, intriguing and elegant beer is unlike any other!
Tasting Notes: Bubbles/Spritzy – floral hop aroma – dry, crisp finish – very light malt bill
