French Toast – Pistachio Version

Ingredients for 1 pers:

2 toasts (I used brioche but bread is possible)

2 eggs

15 cl of Milk

1 sachet of vanilla

2 tbsp of Mascarpone

2 tbsp of Pistachio Cream

Raspberries (as much as you want)
