In this Focus On event we celebrate the beauty of this lesser-known American state as part of our 1874 Magazine focus.
Oregon only established its roots as a wine producing state in 1960s but since then has taken the fine world world by storm – famed for its quality and likened to Burgundy.
In this 45 minute session we’ll explore the varieties used with a focus on aromatics, chardonnay and their famous pinot noir as well as discussing the AVA system, top producers and ‘what’s next’.
