The Cranberry Ginger Mimosa cocktail is a drink built with cranberry juice, Champagne, and ginger beer!

Cranberry Ginger Mimosa Cocktail Info:
When you need to host a get-together, quiet dinner party, or date without much notice, it’s nice to have some crowd-pleasing cocktails on hand! Especially drinks that are easy to throw together but still impress guests and taste great.

This three-ingredient cocktail is an ideal solution for this situation; the mix of ginger beer, cranberry juice, and Champagne in this drink is delicious and hard to beat if you look at how easy it is to make!

Unlike the traditional Mimosa you would have with a more sturdy breakfast meal or brunch, this one doesn’t have any orange juice. Instead, we twist it up and use cranberry juice.

Ginger beer is added for the spicy flavor, sweetness, and to soften the often harsher, drier dry Champagne, and to provide more carbonation; which brand you go with is entirely up to you! Ginger beers are usually very different from brand to brand, so go with something you enjoy drinking.

Similarly, deciding on the best sparkling wine is up to you. Champagne will always be a good fit, though it’s best to avoid using one that is too expensive since you’ll be adding cranberry juice and ginger beer, and in many minds, this ruins a great champagne experience.

With sparkling drinks like the French 75, Aperol Spritz, and of course, this Cranberry Ginger Mimosa cocktail, you can also use cava or prosecco!
