Delhi is full of people with different cultures, ethnicities, religions and traditions. Mini Kabul of Delhi is a stone’s throw from one of Delhi’s busiest markets for shoppers – Lajpat Nagar. Many people from Aghanistan re-located to Delhi in the late 1970s ad today they are an integral part of Delhi. A handful of them indulge in running businesses like travel agency, streetfood and restaurants.
There are a few restaurants in Lajpat Nagar where you can comfortably dine and relish Afghani dishes like – Mantu, kabuli Pulao, Chopan Kebabs and Kofta Korma. Equally exciting are the street food stalls, which serve Bolani (Afghani Paratha), Afghani Burger, soup and many bakery items and relishes.
