The menu of the Remy restaurant was created by two award-winning chefs : Arnaud Lallement, chef of “L’Assiette Champenoise”, a Michelin-starred restaurant near Reims, France and chef Scott Hunnel, winner of the “Victoria & Albert’s” gourmet restaurant in Orlando, Florida.
