Meet Andrew Fleischauer. He is our farmer, our baker and our chef. He is also a fabulous husband and father to two amazing teens. He works full time as an executive chef for a wonderful French restaurant. On the farm he is able to fully see the farm to table concept come to life on our dining table every day. Andrew has raised our animals through their lives, managed their pasture and their feed, treated them with dignity and respect. It brings a deep appreciation to our family table.
