In this video Granny tries her own twist on an old classic French recipe called Coq au Vin. The difference is she uses Cornish hens instead of a rooster. Granny is looking for an alternative to turkey for her Christmas dinner and decided to try this dish. Turns out, it was so much easier to make than she originally thought. She even got to Flambe the hens!! In fact, even though there were quite a few steps in the preparation process, it was super simple!
