Whilst she can’t transport you to the wonderful tapas bars of Logroño, Anna Spooner from the Tastings and Events Team hopes to transport your tastebuds to the centre of Rioja through her latest instalment of ‘Focus On’.
In this 45-minute session Anna will unpick the traditional oak ageing of the region, the permitted grape varieties and the evolution of the region whilst covering sparkling, white, rosado and red wines. Having taken a recent trip to the region, Anna will be spilling all the secrets from her visits and sharing insights with members.
