3 pounds potatoes
2 reblochon cheeses
1 pound smoked bacon
33 fl.oz crème fraiche
4 shallots or 1 medium onion
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp marjoram
1 tsp ground black pepper
SUBSTITUTES:
For reblochon: take two tasty soft cheeses of your choice
For crème fraiche: mix thick sour cream with 20 % whipping cream
