The small town of Beaune in France is the center of Burgundy wine production and business – rooted in deep history of making the finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the world. In this walking tour of the town, we visit the Hospices de Beaune and Saturday Beaune Market. We also found a gem called Bissoh, a small Japanese restaurant operated by a couple.
