Pork loin roast (250gr per person), 200gr honey, 200ml olive oil, 50ml Cognac or Armagnac, 3 to 4 tbsp coarse sea salt, ½ bunch of thyme, A few bay leaves, 1 garlic bulb, Pepper (optional)
