Julia Child (famous American tv chef) once described this French beef stew with mushrooms & bacon as “certainly one of the most delicious beef dishes concocted by man.
Traditionally this red wine beef stew is eaten with boiled potatoes but I felt like pairing it with baked potatoes for a bit more of a bite. I always try to eat a bit more healthy so I sneaked in an extra green beens vegetable side dish.
“Mangez bien, riez souvent, aimez beaucoup.”
Eat well, laugh often, love a lot.
These 3 things I try to incorporate into my daily simple life.
I hope you’ll enjoy this French beef stew as much as I do. Please let me know in the comments what your favourite french dish is.
