French Toast Recipe
– 3 large caged free eggs (better quality than regular caged eggs)
– 2 slices of very fresh bread
– Olive Oil
– Toppings of your choice savory of sweet at the end
Break open 3 eggs, mix them gently. Take a slice of bread and dip it in until it absorbs the egg mixture. Turn the stovetop on, put on a pan. Place a small amount of olive oil on there and wait until it heats up. Once hot (but not smoking hot) place the bread on the pan and gently leave it for 30 seconds to a minute, after which flip it until it attains a golden texture on both sides. Lastly, remove, and serve with the toppings of your choice, honey or jam, whatever you like.
