Start the day with à la carte breakfast served from 7 o’clock in the intimate atmosphere of the French brasserie-style open-kitchen restaurant on the hotel’s ground floor. The Brasserie Adriatic menu changes during the day – after breakfast, served until noon, it offers a light lunch with a view of Rovinj’s busy streets. Both the lunch and dinner menus offer meat and fish dishes showcasing local flavours such as black ravioli stuffed with curd and spinach and pljukanci pasta with truffles. When you are surrounded by works of art, time seems to slow, especially if you also happen to be sipping a glass of wine.
