🎃 Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned:
2 oz bourbon or whisky of choice
.5 oz pumpkin spice simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 wheel of orange
In an empty rocks glass add the orange wheel, pumpkin spice syrup, and bitters. Gently muddle to release the orange oil and let the flavours come together. Add a king cube and pour in bourbon and stir to combine and chill. Wipe an orange peel around the rim of the glass, then float it on top for garnish.
🎃 Pumpkin Spice French 75
1 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
.5 oz pumpkin spice syrup
4 oz (roughly) champagne or sparkling wine
Into a shaker filled with ice, add the brandy, lemon juice and pumpkin spice syrup. Shake until well chilled and strain into a flute. Top with bubbly and enjoy!
