This is our last dinner in Hanoi before flying out. La Badiane serves up elegant French-Vietnamese cuisine in their romantic, calm, with French music piping into the background of a white and black themed courtyard.
Founded by three French friends in 2008, La Badiane is French for star anise spice, and is both a fusion of flavors as it is a fusion of the friend’s special talents. Benjamin Rascalou, the restaurant’s chef, combines “5 star hotel standard” cooking techniques infused with local spices to create something extraordinary yet blended into the local spiced filled food.
