It’s mussels season again! We have beautiful French Bouchot mussles fresh from Normandy.
We steam the mussels really quickly to retain the springy texture of the mussels and then use the juices to make a creamy sauce. The flavour is then brought to a whole new level with the very fragrant Afghanistan Saffron in the sauce.
Mussels are available for delivery. Get them before the season is over.
