The best drinks tend to be the simplest. This includes the good old classic Prosecco Royal, which is a variation on the famous French Kir Royal (where French champagne is used instead of Prosecco). Some stories claim that the priest Félix Kir invented the drink after the Nazis had confiscated all the red wines from the Burgundy region. He mixed the drink with available white wine that tasted afterwards like red. Whether this is true or not, this delicious drink is worth a taste.

▶︎ INGREDIENTS:
▪ 10 cl Prosecco or sparkling wine
▪ 2 cl Crème de Cassis (sweet blackcurrant liqueur)

If you’re throwing a party for more people, we recommend making the drink on a larger scale:
▪ 1 bottle of Prosecco
▪ 100 ml Crème de Cassis
▪ small forest fruits
▪ We recommend the glass: Flow Lunasol 300 ml

▶︎ PREPARATION:
Simple yet sophisticated. Place small forest fruits – blackberries, raspberries or blackcurrants – in a chilled champagne glass. Top with Crème de Cassis and Prosecco. It is great as a toast drink for festive occasions as well as a garden party. Cheers!
