Mondays are for classic cocktails at Dr. Cush’s Exotic Drinks

The French 75 is an old one. Harry MacElhone is thought to be the first one to have created it back in the 1920’s in his book ABC’s of Mixing Cocktails. ALthough it looks like a simple glass of champagne, this one is named after a high caliber and has been known to knock a few people off their feet. Let’s make it today and and see if we can can feel the power.

French 75
1 oz Gin
.5 oz. Lermon Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Sparkling wine fill
Lemon string garnish.
