This is by far the best French toast that you will ever try made with Penettone bread it’s a French Christmas Bread. It’s delicious moist and has just the right amount of fruit in it, a must try. Recipe: 1 loaf of Penettone bread 2 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup of sugar 1 tsp salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon six eggs whisk all this together dredge bread in the mixture place on griddle until golden on both sides. Enjoy with lots of butter powdered sugar or maple syrup.
