Wine Tips
This is made from 50% split of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A classic left bank Bordeaux aged for 12 months in 40% new oak following fermentation. Dark in colour with aromas of red and black fruits, smokey and toasted notes and hints of spice. An abundance of fruit on the palate with a velvety texture, well balanced and structured with a medium to long finish.
Excellent with Beef, Venison and game dishes.
