In this episode of Door County Girl, we’ll visit one of my new favorite destinations, Door Peninsula Winery, and its sister business, Door County Distillery. Located in a former schoolhouse in Carlsville, the two businesses offer tastings and bottle sales, and have just launched a beautiful new outdoor pavilion and bar that serves delicious libations in an incredibly comfortable setting. Beth Levendusky, Operations & Creative Director, is my guide today, and yes, we did a little bit of tasting while we talked about this amazingly successful operation, which was founded in 1974.
