Ingredients for 2 servings:
250g chicken breast fillet
3 cloves of garlic
2 full tbsp cream (not less than 20% fat)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Mushroom sauce, or finely chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
Potatoes and broccolies are side dishes, you can use them as much as needed.
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes for the seasoning according to you taste.

۳حبه سیر
خامه ۲قاشق غذا خوری
خردل ۱ قاشق چایخوری
سس قارچ یا قارچ تازه که خیلی ریز خورد شده
سیب زمینی به دلخواه
براکلی به دلخواه
نمک ، فلفل به میزان دلخواه
هر جور سبزیجات دیگری هم میتوانید برای کنار مرغ خود انتخاب کنید، حتما درست کنید بسیار خوشمزه میباشد.
Cooking instructions according to Pierre’s notes, my French friend who shared this recipe with us:
– Add a bit of oil in a pan on high heat
– Add the chicken (whole fillet or in pieces)
– Cook on high heat until the skin starts to get a bit golden
– Then reduce to medium heat and add some butter + crushed or chopped garlic( keep watering the chicken with the butter)
– Add some cream (not less than 20% fat) and then mustard
– Add some dried/ fresh mushroom , or mushroom sauce for some more taste
– Reduce again to medium heat
– Keep simmering/turning the chicken around until the whole creamy juice reduces
