Best French Fine Dining Restaurant Manila: L’ Aubergine Restaurant Patisserie Bonifacio Global City Metro Manila. They also have an extensive selection of red, white, sparkling and dessert wines in their chiller to pair with your meal. For those looking for a deal they also have a business lunch menu during the weekdays. Currently owned by Mark Singson and under the ‘es,Theta Lifestyle members club. At Aubergine its all in the details you can even ask for fresh strawberries to add into your bubbly. From their appetizers you can’t go wrong with the Escargot baked in herbed and spiced butter, Pan Fried Tiger Prawns and Arctic Sea Scallops, and cream of wild mushroom soup. From the entrees we highly recommend the Pan Fried Artic Sea Scallops and Grilled Tiger Prawns, Classic French Duck Leg Confit with an add on of Foie Gras and the Grilled US Angus Beef Rib-Eye Steak. For desserts, make sure to try the Melting Chocolate Bar, Tropical Dream and their signature Souffle.
