Ingredients
Potatoes 10 kg
Chaat masala 2 packets
Cornflour 2 packets
Besan 1 kg
Chilli 250 grams
salt
as needed
Cumin white
as needed
About 1 bottle
Wash the potatoes well

By adding vinegar to the water
Soak for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes, take it out and dry it
Now add spices to it
Heat oil in a pan
