📖FRENCH CULINARY TERM GUIDE:

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 to 6 pieces chicken ( thighs and breast)
2 tbsp flour to coat the chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
20 gram butter
1 bay leaf
1 twig of thyme
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
50 ml white wine or red wine if you prefer
100 to 150 ml white chicken stock
1 can chopped tomato
salt and pepper to season
chopped parsley plus a few slices of lemon to decorate

for the grilled tomatoes ( only do this f you have ripe tomatoes that are in season)
salt and pepper
a drizzle of olive oil on each half tomato
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 teaspoon sauce per half tomato
1 pinch of chopped parsley per half tomato
