Special tools: cocktail shaker and strainer
Ingredients:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz vanilla syrup
1 cup ice
4 oz cava
1 lemon zest garnish
Method:
1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup over ice.
2. Strain into a champagne flute.
3. Top with cava and garnish with lemon.
