I start my day in New Orleans with a swamp tour by Cajun Encounters where I’m picked up and driven to Honey Island Swamp in Slidell, Louisiana. Over the course of the two-hour boat tour, I see a variety of wildlife such as alligators, racoons, and birds along with beautiful landscapes. After the tour, I’m back in New Orleans and have lunch at Felix’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar in the French Quarter. Then I get ice cream at Abbott’s Frozen Custard. Next, I enjoy coffee at CC’s Coffee House. Once I’m finished, I walk around the French Quarter and Jackson Square and see some beautiful buildings and architecture. After that, I check out Boutique Du Vampyre, a vampire themed store. Then I explore Crescent Park, which has some great skyline views before having a poboy for dinner at NOLA Poboys. Finally, I take a walk down Bourbon Street to end my day.
