Today I tested out a recipe for a delicious poached eggs in red wine sauce recipe, famous in the Bourgogne region of France called Oeufs en Meurette. If you love poached egg with creamy, runny egg yolk, you will absolutely love it paired up with a savoury and umami red wine sauce reminiscent of Boeuf Bourguignon. Give it a try!
