6 Hour 30 Course 2 Michelin Star Meal at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York

One of the most incredible meals I’ve ever had lasted 6 hours and also included a 90 minute tour of their farm. Creative vegetables and charcuterie started off the 30+ dishes. This was a heavenly meal.
