Hands down an amazing product for such an amazing price.
In my photos youll see Ive used the machine to make my 500g brioche bread dough (Romanian Kozonac) and Ive used it to make and bake a 1.5 lbs quick white bread loaf (didnt have instant yeast at the time, would have been bigger had I used proper yeast – still tasted great!).
This is easy to use, easy to clean and will forever change my bread life. Do you see how big it grew my dough!!? It was touching the lid!!!!!!! It was perfectly kneaded and leavened (I used #13, the leaven setting).
Are you cheap? Dont want to buy a $150+ bread machine? But want to make bread??! BUY THIS.
I have been wanting a bread maker for a long time, I finally bought one few weeks ago. First impression of the machine, it looks like pretty high tech to me because it is my first bread maker lol.
It is very easy to use and to clean after use. I just need to put everything into the machine and choice the program, wait for a little bit then the bread is ready for me.
I only used it to make toast and pizza dough, the result was good but I forgot to take picture of the finished product.
I have been wanting this critter for many years. I have had a couple of successes by hand. But now a machine.You are only as good as the tools you use and with 19 pre-set functions how can one go wrong?
The first bread I made was simple french bread. The paddle was quite large and did a nice job mixing the ingredients. It made beautiful bread. I also made some really soft delicious bread.
And also make some soft bread with some cheeses and hotdogs. It mixed the dough, kneaded it, let it rise, after few minutes, I removed and kneaded.
Then I rolled out the dough into balls, and let them rise again at room temperature, then tossed them into the oven. ( this is make the soft bread) This machine saves my time in the kitchen, gives me the comfort of knowing exactly what is in the bread I make.
And the ingredients are so inexpensive, my family can eat freshly baked bread anytime. It is light and easy to wash. Only one problem the beeping of this machine are many during a cycle, it is loud.
By the way, if it is the first time to make the bread, you can refer to the receipt on the instruction manual.
Since we have been cooking so much at home, I really liked the idea of a breadmaker since Im baking a lot these days, but end up using the big oven for it.
This programmable Elite Gourmet Bread-Maker is pretty amazing. It is not very large, so fits it right in my compact kitchen. It comes with a manual which has instructions about the appliance as well as the ingredients ratio for different types of bread.
It also kneads bread for different uses. Since I didnt have yeast at home, the first thing I made was a carrot cake/bread which came out perfect. After I got yeast I baked whole wheat bread which also came out very well.
I have been looking at some recipes now and will try a multigrain bread in a few days. So far Im really happy with this breadmaker.
The only thing that was a little disappointing was the gluten-free bread I tried to make which did not rise at all, but that may be because of the flour.
Also it does take a lot longer than a regular oven so you have to be patient. But so far I love it. Its only been 2 weeks.. but I highly recommend this product!
It is a great bread maker. The size is just big enough for a small family daily use. It can make up to 2-lbs bread. I could not resist to try it out when I got this product.I have try twice for it.
