Ingredients :
– 2 tbsp black sesame
– 230g bread flour or high gluten bread flour
– 60g whole wheat flour
– 10g rye flour
– 1.8g dry yeast (I use red saf)
– a little bit of honey
– 216ml water
– 6g salt
– 6g sugar
– 1/4 tsp malt powder (optional)
– a little bit of salted butter (optional)
