Cherry Frangipane Tart Ingredients (27 cm/ 10.6 inch):
450 g pitted sweet cherries (~500 g not pitted)
2 tsp powdered sugar
Tart crust:
220 g flour
110 g butter
1 egg yolk
40 g sugar
1/3 tsp salt
40 ml ice water
Frangipane filling:
80 g butter
160 g sugar
2 eggs (M size)
100 g almond flour
2 tsp vanilla sugar
20 g flour
30 g cornstarch
180°C (356°F) 35-40’.
