PERSONAL NOTE ✒️
French onion soup is hands down one of my favorite soups of all time. I love to order this soup every time we go to a French restaurant. I would recommend everyone try cooking this dish at home at least once. It’s not too difficult, and you will enjoy a classic soup, comforting on a chilly day. Slices of toasted bread loaded with melty Gruyere cheese and lots of caramelized onions. I mean, what’s not to like – 😋 Highly recommend!
