This recipe is called Wine Kebab. A pork based dish similar to the French beef bourguignon. Unlike it’s cousin it mostly relies on the great wine sauce with few spices and vegetables.

1 kg. (2.2lb) pork neck
2 bay leaves
70g tomato puree
1 tablespoon flour
500ml. red wine pinot noir
